Fave Support Services provides NDIS support services in Adelaide metropolitan area, we are a team of professionals with a wide-range of experience in the delivery of disability support services. Our Support team consists of Registered Nurses, experienced Support workers and Contractors who specialises in supporting people at their homes and out in the community. We have an open-minded approach, embrace cultural diversity and encourage the advancement of leadership, for our staff and our participants.
All our support services are delivered by our experienced and qualified professionals who are committed to provide high standards of care and support. We believe that everyone is different and unique, likewise, our support needs are customized according to the individual’s needs. We work with you to personalise support by maintaining dignity in care.
Person-Centered approach gives you the reassurance that we work with you, our main focus is to help you to achieve your goals, aspirations, and maintain your independence and skills. We assist people to continue to live in their own homes by providing the required help and support.
We strongly believe that life is not defined by someone’s disability, every human being should live life just like anyone else without a disability. Everybody has the capacity or can build capacity to work towards achieving their goals, make their own choices, live as independently as possible, and feel like a valued member of the community.
At Fave Support Services, we encourage all our Participants to exercise their choice and control, we work closely with our participants, their family and other support networks to provide quality support and resources to help them achieve their goals. Our participants have the choice to make decisions about when and how the services are delivered.
